广东PS三层共挤片材机由多条挤出机、压光辊、牵引及收卷等装置组成。用于PPIPS填充材料、玉米淀粉降解材料等的多层共挤片材加工。不同数量螺杆组合可生产不同层数的塑料片材，可以实现在一一个塑料制品上具有多种颜色或具有宏观多组分的目的。

PS三层共挤片材机多层共挤复合的作用:通过颜色或透明度不同的树脂组合起来提高其遮光或透视效果;

通过不同塑料的组合，以利用各塑料特性的综合效果;将多层中某一层以发泡或增强的组分代替，使制品的总体强度得到增强;利用多层复合的办法可以解决层压或单一-薄膜中的针孔问题;还可以将单层片材中无法回收利用的边费料重复利用或添加部分填充料达到节约成本的目的。

The unit consists of several extruders, calender rolls, traction and winding devices. It is used for multi-layer co extrusion sheet material for PPIPS illing material, corn starch degradation material, etc. Different number of screw combinations can produce different layers of plastic sheets, which can achieve the pur pose of having a variety of colors on a plastic product or having a macro multi component.

The effect of multi-layer co extrusion is to improve the shading or perspective effect by combining different resins with different colors or transparencies.

Through the combination of different plastics to make use of the comprehensive effects of the properties of various plastics, the overall strength of the product is enhanced by replacing a layer with foamed orenhanced components in the multilayer, and the problem of the pinholes in laminates or single films can be solved by using the multi-layer composite method; and the single layer sheet can not be recycled. The purpose of cost saving is to reuse or add part of the filling material.
